DIVE IN THIS WEEKEND!

Fishing horror game, a game that helps to plant real world trees, and a 1930’s cartoon mouse detective - you want some? We’ll give it ya.

UMIGARI

What is it about fishing and horror going so well together? In Umigari, a first-person harpoon fishing game, you’ll be catching fish in misty waters off the coast of Japan. Things get pretty, pretty w̴̯͝e̸̬͑ḯ̸̪r̴̫̃d̶̤͂…

DOSA DIVAS

This new RPG features two sisters battling an evil fast food empire, piloting a giant spirit mech, and using home cooking. The art style is gorgeous, which is expected from the team behind Thirsy Suitors and Falcon Age.

TREEPLANTER: PLANT REAL TREES

Create stunning woodland dioramas and have a positive impact in real life. Developed by a rural British team, for every tree planted in-game, they will plant one in real life. If you enjoyed Summerhouse or Little Corners, and love the environment, this will be right up your alley.

MOUSE P.I. FOR HIRE

What’s there to say that hasn’t already been said about this game? The 30s art style, the neo-noir detective sleuthing, and Doom-style shooting all combine for an absolute blast that’s already Overwhelmingly Positive on Steam!

THE DAY I BECAME A BIRD

The Day I Became A Bird is a first-time project from animation studio, Passion Pictures, and looks to offer a beautiful narrative tale about those awkward teen years, and unrequited love.

ORIGAMENT: A PAPER ADVENTURE

An absolute delight of a short adventure that has you traversing a world as a sentient and shape-shifting letter. This is a game that lends itself perfectly to grabbing a big ol’ mug of hot chocolate, a few snacks, and playing in a single session.

SHOWCASE HIGHLIGHTS

We know, we know, there are too many new games to track. Do yourself a favour and just wishlist any of the ones below that catch your eye! We’ve picked some of our highlights from the recent events, let us know if we missed any.

NEVERWAY

Start a farm, make friends, and… become the immortal herald of a dead god. Do you wish Stardew Valley had a bit more bite and murder? Do you wish Undertale had more farming? Neverway might just be for you.

PROVE YOU’RE HUMAN

An AI dares to dream she is human. You've been hired to put her in her place. The devs of 1000xResist are back again with another absolute banger. The trailer is stunning, and we know we’re in for an existential crisis when this drops.

YERBA BUENA

A first-person environment puzzler game set in San Francisco. In Yerba Buena play as Barb, and use ‘the Oscillator’ to capture and reapply the physical traits of objects to solve mind-bending platforming puzzles.

MIXTAPE

From the team at Annapurna who rarely miss, Mixtape promises a coming-of-age adventure set against a soundtrack filled with banger after banger.

MACHINE PARTY

From the developer of Buckshot Roulette, Machine Party is warioware with a healthy slap of horror jank (in the best way possible). Smoke cigs, eat peas, and escape a spiked roller with up to 3 friends.

THRIFTY BUSINESS

The original game, Sticky Business, was an absolute delight, and this promises to follow suite! Build an adorable second-hand clothes store, interact with customers, and decorate to your heart’s content when the game launches next month.
